# Hello !

### Startup Marseille, c'est quoi ?

La mission que s'est donnée l'association Startup Marseille, c'est de proposer un coworking sur un modèle communautaire. Il n'y a pas de chef opérateur, tout le monde fait tourner la machine.

**Le collaboratif** est donc une valeur essentielle ici. Comme il n'y a pas de gestionnaire, chacun doit se sentir responsable de la vie du lieu en donnant un peu de son temps pour gérer certaines tâches (ménage, événementiel, communication, gestion, etc.). Ne t’inquiète pas, ça ne représente pas beaucoup, mais c'est important pour que Startup Marseille puisse avancer.
